Travian Strategy Guide

You are a Roman, maybe someday the best of the best. you will encounter many things like wars with Alliances being farmed and more. So here is a little advice! You will have your 22 tasks, so choose your path, military. Build your 2 Legions and start raiding as soon as possible.

Use your loot to build more troops and fields, buildings, or upgrades. Work your way towards about 20-25 Legions, by then you should have a Warehouse and Granary and a Marketplace, and of course trade a lot for iron, you will constantly need it for your troops high iron needs. So now build your Barracks level 3 and construct your Academy and keep looting with your 25 Legions. Also you should upgrade your Warehouse twice for your iron you will have to store. Why you may ask? Well it has been about a week so I think we should have our Imperians. They are tough people and can carry 10 more resources than Legions and are your best Infantry! So try to get your first 5 and raid with them.

Don’t forget about those Legions, they will get lonely sitting around. So keep raiding with those Legions and 5 Imperians for resources and build more Imperians. Around 50-100, So now keep raiding and start your resource fields you will need more resources for troops and buildings. So if not already You should have at least 1 level 10 Cranny but get more!!!

So now upgrade that Warehouse some more if needed also same thing for the Granary. Because now we get our horses like Scouts and Equites Imperatoris or EI’s, I will not introduce the Equites Caesaris or EC’s. Soon I will end this Mini Guide. Ok so back to EI’s, research them and do the same thing as Imperians, build 5 and keep looting and build around 100- 150 this time. Don’t forget get Scouts, they are a cheap research so get them around 3-5. Use 4 to Scouts to scout out villages, and keep 1 at home to detect enemy Scouts.

Remember those Legions keep raiding with them they get you resources. And also here is how you should split troops, at this moment in game, later split differently. in 4 slots, 2/4 EI’s, 1/4 Imperians and 1/4 Legions. Legions are still pretty good. And to end this Mini Guide, you should have 3 villages and if not already an EI Hero, and a good resource production of 200/200/200/200. Last but not least, join or establish a successful Alliance.
